Terra Acquire Holdings LLC collects the contact details and property purchase criteria you submit in our buy-box form. We use that information to understand what you buy, assess matching opportunities, and contact you about your request.

How your information is handled

Our website is hosted by Vercel and submissions are stored in a dedicated Turso database. These providers process information to operate the site and store your submissions. We do not sell your submitted information.

We also keep submission timestamps and a hashed network identifier to limit spam. The form does not store the raw network address in our buyer database. Our hosting provider may process technical request logs.

Your choices

Only send business contact information and acquisition criteria you want us to use. To request a correction, deletion, or that we stop contacting you, reply to our communications or write to the address below. We keep submissions while needed for matching and follow-up, unless you ask us to delete them, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
